What is CULT LAB?

CULT LAB is our experimental studio for brand resurrection, where we work with founders, families, holding companies and innovators to revive brands with legacy, soul or untapped cultural currency.

Some brands lose relevance. Others get lost in time. But not all should stay buried.

And we breathe new life into them, through modern business models, strategic storytelling and category innovation.

The CULT LAB Lens

Not everything should come back. But the ones that do? We give them a future worth remembering. We evaluate brands through five filters:

  1. Cultural Memory — Does this brand still hold a place in people’s hearts?

  2. Niche Obsession — Is there a micro-community that still cares deeply?

  3. Modern Market Fit — Can it serve a purpose in today’s world?

  4. Strategic Assets — Are there trademarks, IP, or materials that can be activated?

  5. Emotional Hook — Is there a story that still stirs something?
